About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinarian with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care to join our team for a 12-month internship. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work directly with a Criticalist and be supported to provide care to our most critical patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, evidence-based medicine in a supportive and experienced referral environment
  • Work with a dedicated ICU team, including experienced ECC nursing and support staff
  • Participate in teaching through journal club and intern-specific lectures and book club
  • Support patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing advanced equipment and technology
  • Collaborate with specialists in critical care, internal medicine, surgery, oncology, anaesthetics, dermatology, exotics, and progressive general practice
