About Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for two Works Coordinators to join our Transport & Civil Infrastructure Business Unit. In this role, you will coordinate a team of supervisors to lead maintenance teams undertaking work on Council's civil assets. You will be responsible for planning and resource management of the civil maintenance crews that report to this position.

Maintaining WHS and Quality standards across maintenance teams is crucial to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will also develop processes or systems to assist the business unit in achieving operational requirements in an efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management experience of civil or construction crews. They will drive the planning, scheduling, and delivery of repairs to civil infrastructure assets in accordance with approved guidelines.
