We are seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Owner's team, you will be responsible for delivering detailed design deliverables associated with water infrastructure projects across mine sites.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting hydraulic modelling of pipelines, borefields, pump stations, ponds, tanks and other water infrastructure components.
- Preparing and compiling technical deliverables in a work package consisting of construction drawings, quantity estimates, scope definitions and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Facilitating project design reviews including field inspections, stakeholder requirements and conformity to basis of design criteria.
- Developing final engineering deliverables including pipeline schematics, general arrangement drawings, P&IDs and critical equipment selection.
- Contributing to capital estimates including quantity calculations.
- Coordinating operational readiness requirements of the project.
- Ensuring schedule compliance and escalating schedule risks as required.
- Providing construction support through technical queries and updates to design deliverable documentation as needed.
- Producing equipment data sheets and evaluating vendor proposals for budget and technical compliance.
- Ensuring designs are produced in accordance with statutory regulations, project requirements, good practice and procedural requirements.
- Clearly and timely communicating design progress, changes, risks and issues to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in piping systems and pipeline design. Previous experience in mine dewatering is also desirable.
