What you will accomplish

Overview:

As a cohesive unit of SAP Enterprise Architects, we are committed to spearheading the digital evolution of our clients by utilizing our knowledge in system integration, strategic planning, and technology deployment. Our key objectives include advancing the Clean Core initiative and accelerating the uptake of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) by nurturing a culture of innovation and efficiency.

We are focused on enabling Clean Core, aiming to simplify and modernize our IT framework while minimizing complexity and operational expenses. By consolidating systems and optimizing processes, we strive to establish a resilient and agile infrastructure that meets the changing demands of our business.

The Position:

Enterprise Architects play a vital role in developing a comprehensive enterprise architecture model that aligns with defined organizational goals. To assist companies in future-proofing their technological landscape, we guide them from the initial phase of creating the NorthStar Enterprise Architecture, through the adoption phase (including Clean Core transformation), to the derivation phase (translating the NorthStar Enterprise Architecture into various SAP solutions, including BTP for Clean Core realization).

As an Enterprise Architect, you will serve as a consultant to clients, guiding them toward the next phase of IT services by offering comprehensive advice and insights focused on applications/solutions, industries, or technologies.

What you bring to the table

Essential qualifications/skills:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect). Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise business transformation through application delivery. Experience in comprehensive architectural design for hybrid solution environments. In-depth knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, and SAP Clean Core principles, as well as proficiency in using SAP LeanIX & Signavio for documenting Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (in English) at the senior management level, both within IT teams and across business functions.

Preferred qualifications/skills:

Ideally, familiarity with On-Premises solutions and their corresponding cloud alternatives. Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework certified by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) is advantageous.
