Job Summary

Drive Quality Excellence


  • Promote a culture of quality excellence throughout the site
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Foster strong relationships with production teams to identify areas for improvement


Key Responsibilities

Quality Management Systems


  • Design and implement quality management systems that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Conduct regular reviews of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement


Compliance and Auditing


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality management systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformities


Training and Development


  • Provide training and coaching to production teams on quality management systems and best practices
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with HR to develop training materials and schedules


Communication and Reporting


  • Communicate quality performance metrics and trends to senior management and production teams
  • Develop and present reports to stakeholders on quality performance and progress
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues


About You

  • A competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
