Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Jeweller to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in using various setting techniques to set diamonds and coloured stones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing pave, cutdown, bright cut, fancy prong, bead, channel, and burnishing setting techniques to set diamonds and coloured stones.
  • Completing ring resize and minor repairs.
  • Collaborating with a jeweller or CAD Designer/Technician on the stone arrangement and metal layouts for selected new goods.
  • Providing guidance on appropriate setting techniques and technical solutions for craftspeople in greater volume manufacturing.
  • Inspecting 100% of mountings before setting and assessing work following setting completion.
  • Tracking individual daily production results.
  • Ensuring accuracy of work orders.
  • Reconciling stones utilized in work orders and reporting differences to the Workshop Manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience in jewellery setting.
  • Knowledge of jewellery design principles.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
