Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Poker Floorperson/Dealer to join our team. As a key member of our poker department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our poker room, maintaining game security, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Game Security: Implement and ensure compliance with all department policies and procedures to maintain a secure and fair gaming environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer disputes as appropriate and issue complimentaries when necessary.
  • Promotions: Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a poker room environment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
