Buyer's Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Buyer's Agent to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, exceeding their expectations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on properties throughout Brisbane to identify opportunities that meet our clients' needs and budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and transactions in our database.
  • Liaise with sales agents and other stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and new listings.
  • Source off-market properties to provide our clients with exclusive access to hidden gems.
  • Handle incoming emails and phone calls from clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Attend property inspections to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Associate, Sales Administrator, or Personal Assistant in Real Estate (non-negotiable).
  • A proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A deep understanding of the Queensland market, particularly in Brisbane.
  • The ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
