We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and contributing to the success of our retail operations.

About the Role

This casual position requires a motivated and committed individual who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent product knowledge to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to the store's sales and KPI performance by achieving sales targets and promoting products.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by providing superior product knowledge and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain shop presentation and ensure shelves are stocked to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards to ensure a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Show commitment and reliability to shifts by being punctual and available to work as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate a passion and interest in motorcycles by staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
About You

You enjoy staying active at work and can prioritize effectively. You are a motorcycle enthusiast with some retail experience and enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers. Availability across a 7-day roster is an advantage.
