The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Insights Leader to spearhead strategic decision-making across our network of stores in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Crafting and presenting financial performance results
  • Developing and presenting the bi-annual forecast, annual budget, and 3-year plan
  • Coordinating financial reviews with Category Managers, Regional Managers, and the Executive Team to analyse and review monthly performance
  • Reporting and providing accompanying commentary
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participating in cross-functional teams on strategic projects
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for submission to senior leadership teams and Corporate Head Office

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting/Business or related field
  • At least three years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with sound commercial acumen
  • Evidenced leadership qualities
  • Experience within the retail sphere
  • Effective communicator at all levels, able to clarify financial results to a non-financial audience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level
