Service Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Taking and actioning orders from clients regarding various products and services
- Managing high volumes of inbound calls and responding accordingly
- Making outbound calls to clients to confirm order details
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Tracking and tracing deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support as required
- Proficient in using SAP software
- Demonstrated experience in a similar office-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Australian work rights (no visas)
