**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Preschool Educator to join our team as we prepare to open a new school in a dynamic location. As a Lead Children's House Guide, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in children aged 3-6.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a group setting and a strong understanding of child-led philosophies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia. A Montessori diploma is required, and early childhood education credits are preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Observe each child closely to understand their physical, intellectual, and emotional needs.
  • Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that encourages concentration, independence, and deep learning.
  • Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children 'do it all by themselves'.
  • Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development in practical skills, literacy, math, and more.
  • Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of respect.
