Embark on a challenging career as a Lead Systems Engineer. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of control systems for industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering design and development, including preparation of specifications.
  • Develop advanced process control applications, HMI, and SCADA systems.
  • Design system architecture and machine process architecture.
  • Maintain product portfolio according to the product roadmap and create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Engineers.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of industrial control system standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in control system engineering, preferably in bulk material handling or mineral processing industries.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities with experience mentoring junior engineers.
  • Extensive knowledge of process control design, network architecture, and MES/ERP integrations.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA, and APC systems.
  • Experience in Rockwell and Siemens PLC development.
  • Expertise in AVEVA (Citect) SCADA development.
