About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster an inclusive culture aligned with the Human Rights Act 2019 and support departmental programs through demonstrated cultural capability.
  • Provide tailored supervision and support to young people in compliance with legislative provisions, strategic priorities, and contemporary best practice.
  • Negotiate with other agencies to enhance access to services for young people.

Maintain accurate records of program attendance and prepare reports to facilitate case planning and reviews.
