To be successful, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
- An innovative approach to delivering client services and driving organisational improvement.
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage teamwork, build customer and stakeholder relationships.
