Mercure Melbourne Doncaster is a 183 room & suite hotel located in Australia's first of the next generation Mercure brand. Our hotel introduces approachable elegance in an untouched pocket of the Eastern Suburbs.

$25-$30 per hour (estimated)

We are seeking part-time Dining Attendants with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks. This role offers variety and allows you to work alongside our Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures;
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station while on shift;
• Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;
• Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail;
• Prior experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable;
• A passion for customer service.
