About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Representative to join our centralised administration team in Pennant Hills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing enrolments and account inquiries through our Child Care software XAP, providing exceptional customer service and support to families and operational teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, with a focus on customer solutions. You will also have experience managing enrolments/bookings in a fast-paced environment, and be able to develop rapport with clients in a non-facing customer service role. Additionally, you will have a desire for continuous learning and a flexible and adaptive attitude, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a systematic manner while managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enrolments and account inquiries through our Child Care software XAP
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to families and operational teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and operational teams
  • Work collaboratively with a busy team to achieve goals and objectives
