Job Title: Bartender

About the Role:
Our TGI Fridays team is looking for a skilled Bartender to join our crew. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by serving high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the cleanliness of glasses, equipment, and surfaces
  • Upsell and suggest sell to increase sales and enhance customer experience
  • Follow steps of service and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of drinks and mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
