The Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures to ensure emerging trends are identified and managed.
- Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present at claim reviews and support with the coaching and upskilling of a team of 7 case-managers.
About You:
- A minimum of strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme is required.
- Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Superior time management and negotiating skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in coaching and supporting others.
