As a Service Excellence Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of all areas within the hospital, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an immaculate appearance of wards, operating theatres, and other areas by adhering to strict cleaning protocols and schedules.
  • Cleaning and restocking equipment used on shifts, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication networks with nursing staff and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless collaboration and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field (desired).
  • A proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • A Certificate II or III in Hospitality or a related field (desirable).
