Executive Search Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Search Associate to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. As an Executive Search Associate, you will play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research to bring market insights to the table.
- Support Consultants in developing position specifications and focused search strategies.
- Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
- Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of professional experience or a minimum of 2 years of transferable recruiting experience.
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition.
- Experience targeting potential candidates and developing pitch materials.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and working across teams.
