Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced House Senior to join our team at Boondall, QLD. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to a small group of female clients with complex medical and physical needs, including seizure management.



Key Responsibilities


You will be responsible for:



  • Providing direct care support for 4 female clients with high medical needs, including seizure care.
  • Managing client health and medical needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Providing guidance and training to staff and being the first point of contact for any escalated issues.
  • Ensuring the team follows all compliance requirements and quality standards in care delivery.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in high-needs care, particularly with clients who have medical and physical disabilities and seizure management.
  • A background in nursing or aged care is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • A compassionate, reliable, and dedicated professional with a focus on person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
