Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients with musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to optimize recovery and improve functional outcomes.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical function.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
  • Utilize mobile technology and telehealth platforms for remote consultations and follow-up sessions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and client progress.
  • Uphold professional standards and adhere to regulatory guidelines and best practices in physiotherapy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration and licensure with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, preferably with experience in a mobile or community-based setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and developing personalised treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Valid driver's license
