The Technical Programs Advisor will lead emerging programs with their expertise in solid rocket motor design, development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical advice and supervision to leadership teams on military solid rocket motor propulsion systems design, development, and project management.

- Monitor and advise on engineering and project management environments to meet bid and program needs.

- Contribute to decision-making and improve performance as a leader within the Guided team.

- Act as Product Design Authority or Project Manager for relevant propulsion-related projects or products.

Requirements:

- A degree in Aerospace Engineering or a suitable discipline

- Extensive experience in solid rocket motor propulsion designing, analysis, and testing

- Proven project leadership and technical advisory roles

- Effective leadership skills and high-level interpersonal communication skills
