About the Role: We are seeking Support Workers to provide practical household tasks and personal assistance to older people living at home.

We require individuals who can deliver professional, respectful, and high-quality assistance to enable our clients to live their best life in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and some light housework
  • Providing a flexible and individualized response in accordance with each client's support plan
  • Maintaining ongoing health and wellbeing checks for clients and their carers and reporting any concerns or observations
  • Maintaining client dignity and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent qualification is mandatory
  • Must be available after hours 3-4 days per week
  • A clear police check and working with children check are required
  • Your own reliable vehicle and a valid Victorian driver's license are essential
