About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics or Mechanical Technical Instructor to join our team at Northrop Grumman Australia. As a key member of our Defence industry team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the full suite of C27J courses to internal and external employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs in accordance with relevant regulatory and contractual compliance
  • Develop and prepare courseware, deliver assessments, and upload to the Learning Management System
  • Maintain, review, and modify training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure accurate training records are maintained and process compliance is upheld
  • Act as a role model to students and instructors, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is approachable, innovative, and has a passion for delivering high-quality training. You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics or Mechanical), and ideally have type certification in C27J or C130. Experience in delivering training is essential, and Training and Assessment qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers are welcome to apply.
