As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with us.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage our inbound channels, pre and post-booking, to provide top-notch support to customers booking group events or individual experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recommending arts and crafts experiences from our platform to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate answers to queries to drive sales and bookings.
  • Serving as a liaison for corporate clients, converting leads into bookings by coordinating timely responses from team members and addressing client inquiries.
  • Using customer insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancing our customer experience design.
  • Fostering strong client relationships to increase repeat usage of our platform.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of client-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilience in handling occasional challenging situations
