About the Role

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service and outstanding food quality. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency. Your expertise will be valued as we strive to exceed guest expectations and build a reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings that showcase the richness of Italian cuisine;
  • Maintain consistently high standards of presentation, quality, and taste in all dishes prepared;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, suppliers, and cost control measures;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 12-36 months of experience in a similar position or completion of relevant hospitality studies;
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service;
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Preferred Requirements

While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have experience with:

  • Formal hospitality studies completed;
  • Food safety supervisor certification;
  • Expertise with fresh pasta making;
  • Prior pastry experience;
  • Woodfire cooking experience; and/or butchery experience.
