Construction Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our PQS firm, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality quantity surveying services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cost planning, estimation, and management for various projects.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and tender documentation.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Consultancy environment.
- Proven experience in providing pre-contract QS services.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using CostX and Excel.
- Corporate membership or working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
