About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at Icon Group. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a change to our research team at a site level and complement a growing trials portfolio.

Job Description:
  • Clinical Research Assistants will support research activities at the site, working closely with monitors for ongoing monitoring at site and facilitating remote visits.
  • Responsibilities include collecting, processing and dispatching samples and other materials required by clinical research protocols, preparing and managing clinical trial laboratory kits and samples, and providing support to investigators conducting clinical trials.
  • The successful candidate will also manage investigator site files and essential documents as per GCP, facilitate the attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original and accurate collection of source data, and occasionally travel between clinics as needed.
Requirements:
  • A relevant undergraduate degree in health sciences, nursing or allied health field is required; experience in pathology and laboratory processing is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.
What We Offer:
  • This full-time role offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
