Frankston Concrete Products is a leading Australian manufacturer of precast concrete products. We are seeking a full-time team member to join the small and busy sales and estimating team.

**Job Description:**

The primary function of this role is to provide excellent customer service, effectively communicate with clients, and ensure timely completion of quotes and other tasks assigned by management.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Reading plans and specifications
  • Completing quotes, both verbal and written
  • Attending to customers visiting the office for purchases or pickups (retail trade counter)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Sound computer knowledge with ability to learn new software

- Customer service or retail sales experience advantageous

- Good phone manner

- Plumbing industry and/or building construction experience advantageous

- Friendly and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail
