Clinical Operations Manager

This is a full-time role as an operational and clinical leader for the ACIS Team. The team delivers acute community interventions and crisis response services in mental health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring effective coordination of service delivery. They will supervise staff, foster professional development, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen service integration and client outcomes.
The position operates during standard business hours and requires a leader who can balance strong clinical expertise with operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and provide clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary ACIS Team.
- Ensure timely, thorough assessments and risk management consistent with acute care needs.
- Oversee crisis response and provide ongoing support to clients during acute mental health episodes.
- Collaborate with health, community, and social services to optimise care pathways and outcomes.
- Drive continuous service improvement and support professional growth of team members.
About You
Applicants must have relevant professional registration and extensive experience in their discipline, including leadership responsibilities. They should also possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, as well as a solid understanding of mental health legislation, consumer rights, and ethical practice standards.
