Mental Health Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mental Health Professional to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers excellent flexibility with a competitive rate.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position, requiring only one day per fortnight or month at our Wellington Clinic. The successful candidate will be required to register as a medical practitioner with AHPRA and hold a Fellowship of RANZCP or equivalent postgraduate specialist qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Bulk Billed Medicare Specialist Psychiatry Services
- Develop and implement effective evidence-based treatment strategies for vulnerable members of the community
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with internal and external agencies and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have high-level communication and negotiation skills, basic to intermediate computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Requirements- AHPRA Registration
- RANZCP Fellowship
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Basic to Intermediate Computer Skills
