About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of a supportive Payroll team, assisting with business-as-usual activities, including:
* Performing end-to-end payroll processing for over 1000 staff, with the support of the wider payroll team.
* Collaborating to resolve issues.
* Providing high-level customer service as a first point of contact for payroll enquiries and external parties.
* Maintaining accurate pay records and personnel files.
* Assisting with annual/sick leave, maternity leave, superannuation, and other payroll-related tasks.
* Supporting payroll tax, audits, and FBT lodgement.
About You
* Prior experience in Preceda is highly regarded.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, with strong knowledge of different award rates.
* Maximum of a 4-week notice period.
* Valid Australian working rights.
