Job Title:

Business Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role involves managing quotes, tracking orders, and supporting smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the sales team from initial enquiry through to delivery.

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotes and proposals
  • Coordinate lighting projects by keeping track of paperwork and timelines
  • Communicate with suppliers about pricing, stock, and technical information
  • Support the sales team with following up on leads and completing administrative tasks
  • Keep project files, CRM records, and communication organised and up to date
  • Work with internal designers and external partners to coordinate lighting design requests
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration
  • Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of lighting products is an asset
