Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our nursery team.

• Cultivation Expertise: Develop and implement planting schedules, cultivation techniques, and ensure optimal plant health through regular monitoring.
• Staff Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor nursery staff to foster a positive work environment and promote efficient teamwork.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, implement stock rotation, and oversee quality control measures.
• Product Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for plant health, appearance, and overall product quality.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, provide information on plant varieties, and build strong relationships within the community.
• Sales and Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Financial Planning and Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of greenhouses, irrigation systems, and facilities to ensure optimal working conditions.

• A degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in plant nursery and production management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of plant cultivation techniques, pest control, and disease prevention.
