NextSense is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to provide clinical services to clients with speech, language, and communication needs. This is a permanent full-time role that reports directly to the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group sessions, assessments, and therapy plans to achieve client goals.
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those in the Cochlear Implant Program.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Work with clients and their families to achieve therapy goals and realize their full potential.

Requirements
  • Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia or equivalent body.
  • Demonstrated experience in Speech Pathology, including working with clients with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with operational systems and processes related to clients, including NDIS.
