Cadillac Sales Ambassador

Job Description:

As a Cadillac Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence in Australia and New Zealand. You will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all visitors warmly and assess their needs with confidence and no pressure.
  • Provide detailed information about Cadillac product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Presentation of vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
  • Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
