About the Role

As a dispatch coordinator, you will be responsible for managing dispatch, risk mitigation and subcontractor communication while working across multiple projects using technology platforms.

  • Coordinate work orders through FES/Click, ensuring timely delivery of high-priority tasks to teams.
  • Multitask across systems and communication channels while managing multiple projects.
  • Support inbound call overflow and respond to subcontractor inquiries, including access issues.
  • Liaise with site supervisors to allocate tasks and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Action tickets to resolve overdue, reallocated or cancelled work orders.
  • Monitor task outcomes, meet team KPIs, and contribute to overall productivity.
About You
  • Prior experience in a similar role, along with a positive attitude and collaborative approach.
  • You're confident handling objections, resilient during challenging calls, and quick to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable with technology, you work well across different systems including CRMs, and consistently meet KPIs, productivity goals, and AHT targets.
