About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at RACV Noosa Resort in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD.

As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen, providing high-quality food and exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Managing stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Overseeing and performing operational duties of the section
  • Working in all areas of the kitchen operation
  • Training and inducting staff and supervising the development of apprentices, cooks, and chefs assigned to the sections
