Housekeeper Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team.
- This role involves preparing and cleaning rooms to the highest quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring the security and privacy of guests, demonstrating your integrity and diligence at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and proactively reporting any hazards, faulty or damaged equipment to senior staff.
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Ensuring security of keys and guest rooms at all times.
- Willingness to be available for additional duties as required.
- Adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures and our ALLSafe processes.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting quality standards.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
- Passionate about providing friendly personalised customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
