Welcome to Papilio Killara, a 92-place centre that embodies the values of Affinity Education. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care services, guided by the lifelong Learning curriculum for children aged 0-5.
We foster a love of learning through play-based and intentional teaching experiences, promoting social connectivity, emotional confidence, foundational learning, and physical health and wellbeing. Our centre caters to children in the Nursery age group, toddlers, and school-ready preschool, spanning across four beautiful rooms each with a spacious purpose-built playground.

About the Role
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual basis. As a Casual Educator, you will support educators across different rooms at the centre, engage with children, families, and team members, and assist with daily centre practices.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting educators with children's learning and documentation
- Engaging with children, families, and team members
- Assisting with daily centre practices
About You
- Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in a long day care service

Location and Hours
This role is based in Sydney, with hours of work between Monday-Friday, within the centre's operating hours of 6am-6pm.
