**Job Description:**

This role requires a highly skilled Associate Support Engineer who can deliver an outstanding technical support experience across cloud, desktop, and IoT environments. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support via telephone, email, and web platforms
  • Taking ownership of new cases and ensuring timely resolution
  • Acting as an internal customer advocate, keeping them updated on case status
  • Maintaining regular communication with the team, locally and remotely

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative chosen path
  • Confidence to respectfully speak up and share ideas
