Providing In-Home Support Services

We are seeking a caring and reliable Senior Home Care Worker to provide compassionate, client-centred care to individuals in their homes.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes, assist with medications and personal cares, and support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.
- Assist clients with everyday tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Encourage independence and well-being in a home environment.
- Participate in the review of client care plans, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Train and mentor Home Care Workers.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
- Hold Assist Clients with Medication – HLTHPS006, Recognise Healthy Body Systems – HLTAAP001, Provide Individualised Support – CHCCCS031 qualifications.
- A First Aid and CPR qualification.
- A current Police Check.
- A valid Australian driver's license.
- Valid Australian Work Rights.
- A work vehicle will be provided and can be home-garaged for your convenience.
- Reimbursement is offered at $0.96 per kilometre for approved use of your own vehicle.
