- Liasing with ANZ Staff Super Administrator and Payroll to improve member information data integrity.
- Managing member issues to optimize outcomes for stakeholders.
- Preparing relevant member-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and assisting in risk management activities.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
