About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to achieve business objectives and promote Sephora's values. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and retention.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth through effective merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, and sales strategies\
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve store performance\
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning\
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and create a loyal client base\
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform business decisions and drive innovation\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track store performance and make data-driven decisions\
  • Collaborating with district managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support company initiatives\
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment\
