As a valued member of our Caravan Production Team, you will be involved in various aspects of caravan manufacturing, particularly working in the sealing team, ensuring precision and excellence in every process step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Collaborate with the team to assemble high-end cabinetry, joinery, and structural components for our premium caravans.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks throughout production to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Efficiency: Contribute to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a glazier or mechanic is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in caravan production or similar manufacturing environments is an advantage but not essential.
  • Certifications: Forklift, Working at Heights, First Aid, or other relevant industry certificates/licenses are desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for producing high-quality products and contributing to the success of a leading industry player.
