Our Graduate Program:

Our Graduate Program offers hands-on experience through rotations across core business functions. You'll start in our Project Management Office, then rotate through key departments (Standards Development, Finance, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the Project Management Office and launching your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and run value stream mapping to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Analyse process waste and performance data for improvement ideas
  • Shadow Project Managers in Agile and non-Agile projects to learn planning and execution
  • Prepare agendas, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder meetings and governance
  • Assist in analysing processes and recommending improvements for change initiatives
  • Support writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for new projects
