About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Circumstance Investigator to join our team at Procare Investigations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support our clients' claims.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct investigations at various locations, primarily in Melbourne and surrounding areas, with occasional work across wider Victoria.
  2. Interview key parties, take statements, and collect relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
  4. Prepare and draft factual reports.
Requirements
  1. Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (mandatory).
  2. Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (mandatory).
  3. Hold a current ASIST certificate (or willing to obtain).
  4. Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
  5. Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or GI investigations is highly desirable.
  6. Excellent written and verbal skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  8. Self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
  9. If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd and have relevant insurances.
