Circumstance Investigator

We are seeking a skilled Circumstance Investigator to join our team at Procare Investigations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support our clients' claims.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct investigations at various locations, primarily in Melbourne and surrounding areas, with occasional work across wider Victoria.
- Interview key parties, take statements, and collect relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
- Prepare and draft factual reports.
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations (mandatory).
- Have a current and valid Investigators Licence (mandatory).
- Hold a current ASIST certificate (or willing to obtain).
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or GI investigations is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd and have relevant insurances.
