Plumbing Expert Educator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plumbing Teacher to join our team at Box Hill Institute. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.
Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, while also providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities- To design and deliver comprehensive curricula that align with industry standards and requirements.
- To develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote student engagement and motivation.
- To assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance.
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or willingness to undertake whilst employed.
- Relevant industry qualifications at Certificate III Level or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs.
- The ability to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- A competitive salary package estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
